Roadmap: The Journey of PAI3

Our founding group established PAI3 on June 11th, 2024, laying the foundation for a groundbreaking decentralized AI ecosystem. In Q3 2024, team building efforts began, followed by the publication of White Paper v1 and securing initial funding in Q4 2024. By Q1 2025, the PAI3 Foundation and decentralized governance structure (DUNA) were established, along with the launch of the PAI3 Node sale and the development of key academic and strategic partnerships to foster growth
In Q2 2025, development of the PAIneer Webapp began, introducing innovative AI tools designed for personalized and user-controlled data experiences. By Q3 2025, the TestNet and Marketplace launched, enabling decentralized trading of AI models, datasets, and compute resources. The ecosystem expanded further in Q4 2025 with the release of specialized AI models and the AI Studio, followed by the Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q1 2026, establishing the PAI3 token as the network’s core utility.
This roadmap reaches its pinnacle in Q3 2026 with the launch of the PAI3 MainNet, the “World Computer,” marking the full-scale deployment of the decentralized network. In Q4 2026, the unveiling of the PAI3 Computer provides a scalable, user-friendly hardware solution for decentralized AI tasks. Together, these milestones underscore PAI3’s mission to empower users and contributors in shaping the future of AI through a decentralized and community-driven approach.
