The Decentralized Inference Machine (DIM): An "EVM for AI" At the heart of the ecosystem is the Decentralized Inference Machine (DIM), a proprietary execution engine described as an "EVM for secure AI inference". Unlike cloud-based systems that absorb user data, the DIM executes AI models directly on the user's physical hardware (the Power Node), ensuring that inference allows for complex reasoning and task execution without sensitive data ever leaving the user's encrypted perimeter.

Sovereign Data Coordination via "Cabinets" Instead of retrieving files from public networks like IPFS for processing elsewhere, PAIneer utilizes "Cabinets" - secure, immutable local storage units located directly on the node. PAIneer orchestrates agents to "come to the data" within these Cabinets, enabling professionals in healthcare, law, and finance to run sophisticated multi-agent workflows on proprietary files (such as patient records or legal briefs) while maintaining HIPAA and GDPR compliance by design.

Adaptive Workflows and the "Own, Run, Earn" Economy PAIneer goes beyond simple personalization by offering tools like "Talk-to-Build" and "Chain and Craft," allowing users to construct custom, domain-specific agents through natural language or advanced logic chains.
